Here are some pics of our decorations . I'm hoping the memories they jog will make my children sufficiently homesick so they'll come see me next Christmas.

See how many of these things my family of origin can pick out as things they made or sent me for Christmases past. José kept the moving Santa with the light in his hand, and the snowman (I think Kristi made that one??).

¡Felicidades a todos de la familia Diaz!

I want those blocks when you get tired of them! I love those blocks. Those are probably my favorite out of all the decorations. I was going to make my own, but they wouldn't be the same... SAD

Tere, just make some new ones for Lori so she will have to give you the old ones. :) Hey, this looks great! I LOVE the first picture - the house. Was that an original Amy?

Yes, it is! It hangs in my home year round despite the Christmas theme because it's so incredible!!

I have the candy candy holder sleigh. I think Mindy made it not Kristie though. Hope your plan works.

I did make the snowman sleigh. That was before we started giving to one sibling per year. I made several of those! Your home looks so cheerful and fun!

Actually, the snowman to which I was referring was a handmade stuffed snowman than stands about 2 1/2 feet tall. It's darling, but I guess I couldn't take everything with me...
